Sports Day
This year, Sports Day will take place on Friday 26th June and we would like to invite you all to join us. In the event of wet weather, we will send text messages to all parents early in the morning if we make the decision to cancel.
Timings of the day are as follows:
EYFS 9am – 10am
Y1, Y2, Y3 10.15am – 11.45am
Y4 Y5, Y6 1.00pm – 3pm
- All children will need to wear their full PE Kit to school on Sports Day including suitable trainers.
- Please ensure your son / daughter has a refillable water bottle and a sun hat. Please apply sun cream to children before they come to school.
- Please enter the school via the yellow KS1 gate. This gate will be opening at the following time slots and we kindly request that Parents/Carers remain for the entire session for each year group, as we are unable to staff doors and gates outside of these times:
- 8.45am – 9.05am (Entry for EYFS Parents & Carers
- 10am – 10.20am (Exit for EYFS Parents & Carers/Entry for Y1,2,3 Parents & Carers)
- 11.45am – 12.05pm (Exit for Y1,2,3 Parents & Carers)
- 12.50pm – 1.05pm (Entry for Y4,5,6 Parents & Carers)
- KS1 & KS2 gates will be open at the usual time for the end of day collection
If you require any special access requirements to attend this event, please do not hesitate to contact the school office so arrangements can be made.
Please ask a member of staff if you need to use the toilet whilst on site and they will direct you, or escort you to the allocated toilet.
Due to the limited amount of seats that we are able to provide, please feel free to bring your own chairs/blanket and something to use for shade if the weather is hot.
